Thanks to Maddie I’ve been able to replace many pictures of the Dublin premiere for The Lovely Bones with HQs as well as to add 7 new HQs.

The first production still for Saoirse’s new movie Hanna was released today and even though it doesn’t give us much indication of the story it does look intriguing!

I have finally added the missing picture of Saoirse appearing on screen during the 5th Annual “Oscar Wilde: Honoring The Irish In Film” event.

In addition to that I have added 7 outtakes of Saoirse’s photoshoot for Zoo Magazine to the gallery, with two of them being completely new as they were not featured in the previews!

Saoirse has started filming of Hanna in Berlin, Germany on April 9th. She looks so different! The first on set pictures from April 9th and April 14th have appeared online and have been added to the gallery.

Hanna is a teenage girl. Uniquely, she has the strength, the stamina, and the smarts of a solider; these come from being raised by her father, an ex-CIA man, in the wilds of Sweden. Living a life unlike any other teenager, her upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin. Please note that this is only a rumor for now but Saoirse and Carey Mulligan in one movie sounds very exciting to me!

It does look like Oscar winning screenwriter Geoffrey Fletcher of “Precious” will be directing a film from his own original script.

“Violet and Daisy” is the title of a movie that may get a start this summer with two Oscar nominated actresses in the lead roles. They would be Carey Mulligan, of “An Education,” and Saoirse Ronan of “The Lovely Bones.”

The movie is described as a “Thelma and Louise” meets “Superbad” and “Pulp Fiction.” There’s plenty of action, and lots of girl power. “Forest Gump” Oscar winner Wendy Finerman is set to produce, with lots more to come.

Saoirse was featured in a two page article in The Daily Telegraph Magazine on February 10 and I’ve been able to add a preview to the gallery. If anyone is able to donate a scan of better quality it would be very much appreciated.
Two additional pictures of Shoot 7 from 2009 have been uploaded and the first one has been replaced with better quality.

I have added the four events Saoirse attended in 2010 that were still missing in our gallery. The outfit she wore at the Virtuoso Awards is probably my favourite so far!

Besides adding the missing events to the gallery I have uploaded more pictures of the “City of Ember” Belfast Premiere, “The Lovely Bones” New Zealand Press Conference, 15th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards and “The Lovely Bones” Japan Press Conference. Many of the existing images have been replaced with HQ versions.

According to this tweet by Production Weekly Saoirse is in talks to be part of the upcoming surf drama The Tribes of Palos Verdes. The movie will be an adaption of of Joy Nicholson’s young adult novel The Tribles of Palos Verdes published in 1998 and is going to be directed by Liz Friedlander.

I stumbled upon two new Saoirse photoshoots today, one from 2008 and one from 2009 both times from her doing promotion work in Australia (I believe both of them have never been seen before). In addition to that 53 adorable outtakes from Saoirse’s photoshoot with Stanley Tucci have been uploaded into the gallery.

Furthermore I found very pretty pictures of Saoirse at the The Lovely Bones press conference in Los Angeles. We had some in the gallery before but I was able to find 51 more.
